Real Madrid are on the verge of making even more history!

Zinedine Zidane's team's 3-0 win over Real Sociedad means they have won their last 13 games in La Liga across the end of the 2015-16 season and the beginning of the 2016-17 campaign, and they need just three more wins to beat their previous record.

Real's 1961 vintage won 15 games straight and the current incumbents know that victory over Celta Vigo, Osasuna and Espanyol will see them set yet another record.
